Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms apply when your business signs up for a plan with Daniil Kirillov, trading as Working Hands Websites, Guerickestr. 19, 80805 München, Germany ("we", "us"). "You" means the business that signs up. By paying for a plan, you accept these terms.
1. Businesses only
We work only with businesses, not consumers. By signing up you confirm that you act for your trade or business and have the authority to accept these terms for it.
2. What you get
Website plan: a website for your business on your domain, hosting and SSL, a contact form whose requests are emailed to you, privacy policy, terms and form wording filled in with your details, and changes as described in section 5.
Website + Leads plan: everything in the Website plan, plus an account in our customer management system (LeadConnector), a business phone number that forwards to your phone, lead alerts in the app and by text, missed-call text-back, automated review requests and basic follow-up emails. The phone number and calls and texts for normal business use are included in the price. If usage goes far beyond that (for example bulk texting), we'll talk to you before anything changes.
On the Website + Leads plan, text messages in the US can only be sent once the phone carriers approve your business for texting (toll-free verification or A2P 10DLC registration). You give us the details needed for that, the carriers decide, and the timing is out of our control. Until then, alerts reach you by email and in the app. Any carrier registration fees are included in the plan price.
We don't promise any number of leads, calls, sales or search rankings.
3. Prices and payment
- Website: US$29 per month plus a one-time setup fee of US$49 (UK: £25 per month plus £39 setup). Website + Leads: US$97 per month (UK: £80), with no setup fee.
- You pay monthly in advance, starting on the day you sign up, by card through Stripe or by PayPal invoice.
- Prices don't include any taxes due in your country, which you handle yourself. Our invoices say whether VAT applies.
- We can change prices with 30 days' notice by email. If you don't want the new price, you can cancel before it starts.
- If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 14 days of our reminder, we can pause your service until it is.
4. Money-back guarantee, term and cancellation
- 14-day guarantee: if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund everything you paid, including any setup fee. The only amount we keep is what we paid for your domain's first year, at cost and never more than US$20 (UK: £16). The domain stays yours. Any other costs we had in those 14 days are on us.
- After that, you can cancel anytime by email or phone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't refund part months.
- We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms (for example, sending spam or putting unlawful content on your site).
5. Changes to your website
Send changes by email or text. We usually make them within 2 business days.
- Website + Leads: unlimited changes, including new pages and new services, within reason (one request at a time).
- Website: small changes are included: text, photos, opening hours, prices, service area and contact details. New pages cost US$39 (UK: £32) each.
- Both plans: a full redesign or new features, such as online booking or a shop, we quote first and only do once you agree.
6. Your domain, your content, our work
- Domain: we register a standard domain for your business (such as .com or .co.uk) that costs no more than US$20 (UK: £16) a year. We only register a more expensive one if you ask for it in writing. Renewals are included while you have a plan. The domain is yours: if you leave, we transfer it to you or your new provider on request, and renewals are then up to you.
- Your content: text, photos, logos and other material you give us stay yours. You give us permission to use them to run your site. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that they don't break anyone's rights.
- Claims on your site: you check what your site says about your business (licences, insurance, warranties, years in business, prices) and tell us if something is wrong. You're responsible for those statements being true.
- Our work: the design, code and templates of your site remain ours, and you may use them while you have a plan. When you leave, the site goes offline. If you'd like to keep the site files, ask us and we'll quote a one-off buy-out.
- Your data: your leads and contacts belong to you. When you leave, we export them for you on request (as a CSV file) within 30 days, then delete them.
7. Messages to your customers
Calls, texts and emails sent from your account (missed-call text-backs, review requests, follow-ups) are sent in your business's name, and you are the sender. You are responsible for:
- having your customers' permission where the law requires it, for example under the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act, US state laws, CAN-SPAM, the UK's PECR and the GDPR;
- only sending messages to people who contacted you or gave their consent, and never buying or uploading lists of numbers;
- respecting opt-outs (STOP, unsubscribe) straight away. Our system handles STOP replies automatically, so don't override them.
We set up compliant default wording, but we're not a law firm, and nothing we provide is legal advice.
8. Data protection
We process personal data from your website and account (such as leads) on your behalf. Our Data Processing Agreement is part of these terms and applies automatically. Our own use of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and third parties
We use third-party services to run your site and account, including Cloudflare, HighLevel/LeadConnector, phone carriers, Stripe and domain registrars. We aim for your site to be online all the time, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and outages or rule changes at those providers or carriers are out of our control. We may replace a provider if the service stays the same or gets better.
Text messages from us
We only text a business owner who agreed on a phone call to receive texts from us, usually the link to their preview website. Message frequency varies (usually 1 to 3 texts). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Details: Text messages.
10. Liability
- We are fully liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law doesn't allow liability to be limited.
- For slight negligence, we are only liable if we break an obligation that is essential to the contract. Even then, our liability is limited to damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract, and in total to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the damage happened.
- Otherwise, we are not liable for lost profits, lost leads or other indirect losses.
- You hold us harmless from third-party claims, including fines, that arise from your content, from statements on your site you didn't correct, or from messages sent in breach of section 7.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll email you about changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't object within that time, the new terms apply, and we'll remind you of this in the email. If you object, either of us can cancel at the end of the paid month.
12. Law and courts
These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Munich, Germany, have exclusive jurisdiction where the law permits. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
